Terms of Service

KloudSolar is operated by Kloudboss Stellar Limited, a company registered in Nigeria with its registered address at Bailey Street, Yaba, Lagos. Throughout these Terms, “KloudSolar”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Kloudboss Stellar Limited.

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate, but we do not warrant that this information is error-free. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you place an order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Product availability, including stock levels shown on the site, is indicative and not a guarantee of availability at the time of order confirmation.

Orders may be placed through the website, WhatsApp, or by phone, and are confirmed once payment is received or arranged. We accept payment by Paystack, Flutterwave, and direct bank transfer. Card and bank details are processed directly by our payment providers — KloudSolar does not receive or store your full card number.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where products are no longer available, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timelines vary by location and product and are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Where you have purchased installation as part of your order, installation is carried out by a KloudSolar-vetted local installer and scheduled separately from delivery.

Risk in a product passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any visible damage immediately — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Products are covered by the manufacturer or KloudSolar warranty period stated on the relevant product page (up to 12 years, depending on the product). Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the terms provided with your product and do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation by a non-KloudSolar installer.

Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to use the KloudSolar website to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading order or payment information
• Copy, resell, or scrape site content for a competing service without our written consent
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site, including through malware or automated abuse

All content on this site — including text, product images, graphics, and the KloudSolar name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Kloudboss Stellar Limited and protected under Nigerian and international law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KloudSolar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or a product purchased from us, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
