• Communications — messages you send via our contact form, WhatsApp, or email

• Process, confirm, and deliver your orders, and schedule installation
• Communicate with you about your order, warranty, or support request
• Send order confirmations and, where you've opted in, occasional offers or updates
• Improve our website, product range, and customer service
• Detect and prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations

Payments are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave, licensed payment service providers. When you pay online, your card or bank details are entered directly into our payment provider's secure systems — KloudSolar does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or online banking credentials.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working across visits, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used, including through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel where enabled. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function correctly as a result.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave) to process your payment
• Delivery partners and installation technicians, to fulfil your order
• Service providers who support our operations (e.g. hosting, analytics), under confidentiality obligations
• Regulators or law enforcement, where required by Nigerian law

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing communications, at any time by emailing hello@kloudsolar.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.

Our website and products are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
